Mr. Tran Tai, Director of Vinabiomush Vietnam Bio-Mush Company Limited (Chau Duc district) introduced the high-tech application process in the production and processing of Cordyceps mushrooms to Mr. Mai Minh Quang (right), Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association.

At the training course, officials and farmer members were informed about the Food Safety Law; food safety hazards; ensuring food safety in the food production and trading chain. At the same time, instructions were given on safe production processes according to VietGAP, GlobalGAP standards, application of high technology, production according to the value chain; knowledge on the use of pesticides and fertilizers; preservation and processing methods, aiming for a green economy.
