(Dan Tri) - In 2025, monthly preferential allowances for war invalids and people enjoying policies like war invalids will be implemented at a standard level of VND 2,789 million, with the highest allowance level reaching VND 8,941 million/month.
According to Decree 77/2024/ND-CP, the standard level for calculating preferential allowances for people with revolutionary contributions applied in 2025 is VND 2,789,000.
Based on the above standard level, in Appendix II, Decree 77/2024/ND-CP stipulates the monthly preferential allowance level for war invalids and people enjoying policies like war invalids.
According to this appendix, in 2025, the highest subsidy level for war invalids with a 100% physical injury rate is VND 8,941,000/month.
