The 5-day April 30-May 1 holiday has seen most accommodation facilities in popular tourist destinations reported to be fully booked.
Located not too far from Hanoi and accessible by private vehicle, in recent years, resorts in Ha Giang, Sapa (Lao Cai) or Yen Bai have been chosen by many tourists to temporarily escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in a peaceful space.
Dan Tri reporters conducted a survey on online booking platforms with check-in time on April 30 and check-out time on May 2 to find resorts in the northern mountainous region for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children under 10 years old).

In the high-priced segment, some high-end accommodations were fully booked during the April 30 holiday (Photo: Resort provided).
In the Northern mountainous resort segment, according to published prices, P'apiu Resort, Garrya Mu Cang Chai and Topas Ecolodge Sapa are the three accommodations listing prices that are almost the highest on the market. The most expensive room type costs over 32 million VND/night (excluding taxes and fees).
The common feature of the apartments here is that they are all large in area and have many rooms. The resorts are built separately with mountain views so that visitors can enjoy the peaceful space of the mountains and truly heal.
Some accommodations offer 5-star service and guest privileges such as free business lounges, saunas, and free spa experiences.
Although the selling price of each apartment in the luxury segment is equivalent to an overseas tour and is only for customers with high spending ability, it is difficult for customers to book at this time because some facilities announced that the room occupancy rate is over 90%.
P'apiu Resort

Thanks to its special location, hidden on the top of Bac Buu mountain, the last peak of the mountain range stretching from Vi Xuyen through Ha Giang city, ending at Yen Dinh commune (Bac Me district), P'apiu fully enjoys the vast space of the mountainous area.
The resort also owns the longest brocade painting road in Vietnam with a winding design of more than 1.7km and vivid hand-painted motifs, bearing the cultural imprint of the ethnic groups living in Ha Giang.

The villa grounds feature a king-size bedroom, a luxurious living room, a sauna and a private Jacuzzi.
P'apiu is not as magnificent and luxurious in the modern European architectural style as many other resorts, but it bears the bold architecture and cultural imprint of the Northeast highlands. Each block of houses has its own unique architecture, arousing curiosity to explore and creating a new feeling for couples.
