Hoa Phat water purifier - Durable, delivering clean water to areas with limestone water

Việt NamViệt Nam19/11/2024

Vietnam has many areas with specific water problems, such as highlands contaminated with limestone and low-lying areas in the Central and Western regions contaminated with salinity and brackish water... Understanding these difficulties, in July 2024, Hoa Phat launched the HPA823 RO Water Purifier, providing an optimal solution for brackish water and limestone-contaminated water areas.

With 32 years of experience in the industrial manufacturing sector, Hoa Phat understands the needs of users for a water purifier that is both clean and durable. The HPA823 RO water purifier was born to meet these criteria, especially suitable for brackish water and water contaminated with limestone.

The Product Research and Development Department of Hoa Phat Household Appliances analyzed: "The HPA823 RO water purifier can treat water sources with a TDS index (total dissolved solids in water) of up to 1500 ppm and a CaCO3 hardness of 500 mg/L. The ideal TDS index for drinking water is below 50 ppm, safe for the body is below 170 ppm and for domestic water is below 400 ppm. Water with a TDS index above 500 ppm is considered polluted and cannot be used. With the ability to filter water sources with a TDS index below 1500 ppm and a CaCO3 hardness below 500 mg/L, the HPA823 water purifier ensures the supply of clean and safe water".

The HPA823 is equipped with 10 filter levels, including 4 main coarse filter cores. Specifically, the 5 micron PP core to remove solids, sand, and gravel larger than 5 microns. The OCB activated carbon core to deodorize, remove heavy metals, organic matter, pesticides, and residual chlorine in water. The cation core helps soften hard water by removing hardness ions and the CTO pressed carbon core to remove impurities, deodorize, and toxic chemicals.

After passing through the rough filter cores, the water continues to be treated with a 100 GPD RO membrane with membrane technology from the US, ensuring 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, heavy metals and toxic chemicals are filtered. Then, the water is supplemented with minerals thanks to 5 functional cores: T33 GAC, Maifan core, far infrared core, Nano antibacterial core. These cores add beneficial minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, creating highly alkaline water and enhancing flavor.

The Hoa Phat HPA823 water purifier is not only effective but also durable. Before leaving the factory, the machine must undergo a rigorous testing process, ensuring good operation in environments from -20 degrees to 60 degrees Celsius. The machine is warranted for up to 36 months by the Hoa Phat warranty station system across 64 provinces and cities.

To ensure water quality, Hoa Phat recommends periodic filter replacement. The rough filter should be replaced after 12 months, the RO membrane should be replaced after 24-36 months depending on the quality of the input water, and the functional filters should be replaced after 12 months to maintain mineral supplementation.

Researched based on two core values: clean filtration and durability, Hoa Phat always strives to bring water purifiers suitable for the needs of use and water source characteristics of each area, to improve the quality of life, bring healthy living solutions, improve the quality of life.
