Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility and efforts of departments, branches, units and localities in coordinating to ensure the festival took place in a unique, civilized manner with all 5 no criteria, attracting a large number of Buddhists and people to visit and worship.

In order for the Quan The Am Ngu Hanh Son festival to be organized to a new level and meet more expectations, in addition to the suggestions in the report, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested departments, branches, sectors and the People's Committee of Ngu Hanh Son district, the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha and Quan The Am Pagoda and related units to continue to enhance their sense of responsibility in advising on the organization of the festival, harmoniously combining religious beliefs and related activities; at the same time, spreading the festival to contribute to serving the city's and the country's tourism industry. The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee also requested to fully absorb the comments and continue to study solutions to elevate the festival in 2026; develop program content and propose events for 2026 to meet the needs and goals set, worthy of being a national festival and worthy of a major religious festival.

According to the report of the Festival Organizing Committee, this year's festival program was solemnly organized, the opening ceremony of the Sutra-raising ceremony, the flag-raising ceremony, and the banner-raising ceremony were organized according to the correct rituals; the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara's birthday ceremony took place solemnly, according to the correct Buddhist rituals. The festival attracted tens of thousands of Buddhists and people to participate. The opening and closing ceremonies with special art programs; the content and quality of the program were guaranteed, with the participation of art troupes inside and outside the city, art troupes from Japan, Thailand, and Laos participating in the performance, attracting a large number of Buddhists, tourists, and people to attend and enjoy.

As for the festival, it was organized on a larger scale, more solemnly and the space was arranged widely along Su Van Hanh Street, connecting with the space for commercial and service activities. For cultural, artistic and sports activities in the festival area, the District Cultural, Information and Sports Center and the District Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union innovated the implementation ideas, created content and effectively organized them.

Cultural activities were also organized in a series of events at Ngoc Thach Pagoda stage such as: The book debate contest "Culture with Buddhism" organized by the City General Science Library attracted more than 400 students, teachers and people to participate; The seminar "The influence of Buddhism in Ma Nhai documentary heritage at Ngu Hanh Son scenic spot" organized by Da Nang Museum gathered more than 20 presentations, which are valuable documents on the work of promoting heritage values ​​associated with the festival in the following years. In particular, the Peace Walk Program organized by the City Peace Committee in coordination with Ngu Hanh Son District brought new colors to spread the image of the festival associated with the spirit of sports for peace, with more than 350 participants, including representatives of the Consulates General of Laos, China, Japan, Korea, Russia, the French Institute, the Association of Foreign Enterprises in Da Nang, foreigners at enterprises, international students studying at universities in the city and representatives of relevant agencies and units participating.

The Festival Organizing Committee requested the City People's Committee to direct units to speed up the construction progress of construction items to expand the space, creating conditions for the development of the festival commensurate with the stature of a major national religious festival located in the space of the approved Ngu Hanh Son Cultural Park. In addition, strengthen the direction of the city's departments, branches and sectors to actively participate in organizing and supporting festival activities according to their assigned functions and tasks; soon have a plan to direct the organization of the festival in 2026 after implementing the 2-level local government model to ensure it is suitable to the actual situation.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the City People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 7 groups and 8 individuals; the Chairman of the District People's Committee commended 7 groups and 10 individuals who coordinated well in organizing the Quan The Am Ngu Hanh Son festival in 2025.
