Pursuant to Decision No. 263/QD-TTg dated February 22, 2022 of the Prime Minister, approving the National Target Program on New Rural Development for the 2021-2025 period and Circular No. 05/2022/TT-BTTTT dated June 30, 2022, the Ministry of Information and Communications has researched and developed a Program Framework, documents and sample lectures to serve "Disseminating knowledge, improving digital skills and information access capacity for rural people" (version 1.0).
Ministry of Information and Communications guides the implementation of a program framework to improve digital skills for rural people
The Basic Digital Skills Framework and Training Curriculum Framework (version 1.0) includes essential digital skills that are recommended to equip people to be ready to meet the demands of the modern labor market, improve work performance, and ensure sustainable personal and social development.
The basic digital skills framework for people includes: Device usage skills group and Basic digital skills group.
The basic digital skills group includes: Skills in searching and exploiting information on the Internet, Communication skills and coordination in using digital technology, Skills in creating content on devices and in the Internet environment, Information security skills and Problem solving skills.
