On the morning of August 7, 2024, the Ministry of Information and Communications held a conference on professional training for staff in Nha Trang City (Khanh Hoa Province).
The conference was attended by Ms. Le Huong Giang, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Information and Communications, and nearly 70 delegates who are leaders and managers of 27 agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications.
Speaking at the training session, Ms. Le Huong Giang, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, said that the conference was held to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the establishment of the Information and Communications sector. Currently, there are about 118 staff working in the organization and personnel work of the Ministry of Information and Communications. Personnel work is very important. Staff is the root of all work, all successes or failures are due to good or bad staff.

According to Ms. Le Huong Giang, the leaders of the Ministry of Information and Communications, especially Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung, are always concerned with personnel work, always looking for talented people and paying attention to training and coaching to improve the quality of the team. The training and coaching of the Minister of Information and Communications and the Party Committee is carried out through the work of mobilizing, rotating, seconding cadres (practical training) and organizing courses, seminars, etc.
The leaders of the Department of Personnel Organization recognized that the conference should be held regularly every year. Because the regulations, including Party documents and State legal documents on personnel organization work, are always changing.

At this conference, the Department of Personnel Organization discussed with agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications new and important contents on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and the requirements of the Minister of Information and Communications in personnel organization work.
The conference is also a forum to discuss limitations and difficulties in the process of solving tasks related to personnel organization. At the same time, units will have more experience in personnel organization and overcoming errors.
