The People's Committee of Ba Dinh District is responsible for organizing the management, exploitation and development of tourist attractions in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Tourism and related legal documents.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Tourism, Department of Culture and Sports, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Natural Resources and Environment... and the People's Committee of Ba Dinh District to guide the organization of management and exploitation.
