On August 6, the Inspection Delegation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, led by Comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, had a working session with Dam Ha district on the results of the implementation of resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee on "Developing education, training and high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development in the period of 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030".

In the period of 2021 - 2025, the District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Dam Ha District Party Committee have focused on leading and directing the serious implementation of resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on "Developing education, training and high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development in the period of 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030"; promptly directing the organization of conferences to study, learn, disseminate and fully implement the contents of resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to grassroots party organizations, cadres, party members, teachers, parents and people with a high number of cadres, party members and association members attending, thereby raising awareness of the Party Committees, authorities, organizations in the political system and people in the district about the role and position of education, training and high-quality human resources.

The quality of mass education and the quality of key education remain stable. Every year, the rate of students transferring classes and levels reaches over 98%; the rate of grade 5 students who are considered to have completed the primary school program every year reaches 100%, the rate of junior high school graduates reaches 100%, the average rate of high school graduates in 2024 reaches 99.7%; the ranking of the entrance exam scores for grade 10 high schools in the 2024-2025 school year, high school graduation in the 2024 school year increases compared to 2023 (high school level increases by 6 levels; entrance exam for grade 10 high schools increases by 1 level); the rate of high school students passing the entrance exam and attending universities and colleges reaches over 25%; the results of universal education and illiteracy eradication work are maintained.

The national education system has been consolidated and expanded. Currently, the district has all levels of education. The scale of schools, classes, physical facilities, teaching equipment of educational institutions have been invested, basically meeting the requirements of innovation in programs and teaching methods. 100% of schools and school locations have been solidified; 100% of public schools have met national standards; 100% of schools have applied information technology in education management. The movement to encourage learning, encourage talents, build a learning society, patriotic emulation movements, good teaching, good learning have been promoted; teaching - learning methods, testing, and evaluation have been innovated in a positive direction.

The team of managers and teachers at all levels in the public education system has been gradually consolidated and improved according to the requirements in terms of quantity, synchronous in structure, standardized in training level, basically meeting the requirements of innovation in educational management and innovation in teaching. Up to now, 96.35% of the team of managers and teachers have standard and above-standard training levels. Attention has been paid to improving and innovating the implementation methods of educational management, positively impacting the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of education in schools. The socialization of education has been gradually promoted, creating positive changes to attract social resources, the attention of organizations, individuals and businesses to the development of education and training in the area.

The work of planning, training and fostering human resources has been directed with attention and linked to the planning of the use of cadres, civil servants and public employees. The team of cadres, civil servants and public employees at all levels in the district has grown and developed in many aspects, with increasingly improved quality; steadfast in political ideology, having a good sense of organization and discipline, always practicing and striving for expertise and skills to meet the requirements of the task; building a process of detecting, closely evaluating and publicly selecting high-quality human resources suitable for each field and the specific requirements of each job position. Attracted 7 doctors and masters to work in the district. From 2021 to June 2024, over 740 cadres, civil servants, public employees and party members were sent for training and study domestically and abroad; coordinated to open a master's class in economic management with 48 students; 1 law university class with 45 students, 3 office English classes for 90 officials, civil servants, and public employees at district and commune levels...

Through the inspection, the working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee acknowledged the achievements in education, especially in developing education and training high-quality human resources in Dam Ha district. The delegation pointed out some shortcomings that need to be overcome, and at the same time accepted some recommendations from Dam Ha district to report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in the coming time.
