We have now completed the class assignments based on the registration link for the start date of the school year for students sent on August 3rd, 2024, and are in the process of arranging the necessary teachers, staff, and equipment to prepare for the 2024-2025 school year."
Additionally, we are currently working with the relevant authorities on reopening the school. Next week, the school will process payroll for current staff and finalize contracts with new employees.
The American International School Vietnam (AISVN) announced that it will reopen in August.
The school will begin the new school year in August and will notify you three days before the start date. We sincerely thank you for your patience and support during this time.

According to Mr. Ho Tan Minh, AISVN currently does not meet the conditions to resume operations as per the decision to suspend educational activities by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training; therefore, all activities as announced by the school are in violation of regulations.
Previously, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training issued a decision to suspend the educational activities of AISVN for a period of 12 months, starting from July 1, 2024. The reason for the suspension was that AISVN did not meet the conditions for being licensed to operate educational activities. Specifically: It lacked sufficient financial resources as required to ensure the maintenance and development of educational activities; and it did not have enough management staff to implement the educational program and organize educational activities.
