Actress Thu Quynh sexy as a model after losing 12kg

At the VNBA Beauty Awards - Gala honoring the Vietnamese beauty industry recently held at the Ho Guom Theater (Hanoi), designer Ha Duy introduced his latest collection with the theme The Poetic . The audience at the show was surprised by Thu Quynh 's return to the catwalk as a model. This is the first time the actress has returned to the catwalk since giving birth to her daughter 8 months ago.

In the role of first face, the beauty Quynh Doll wore a bright yellow dress with a collar inspired by a yếm dress and outstanding feather-embellished off-shoulder details. The long evening gown accentuated Thu Quynh's slim figure and charming beauty, while the sparkling stone details made each of her steps more graceful and charming.

Thu Quynh said she confidently accepted the opening act for designer Ha Duy because she had successfully lost 12kg. She breastfed her child entirely, so losing weight was not easy. During her confinement period, the actress chose a healthy diet, ensuring enough nutrients for breast milk but not causing her to gain weight.

After weaning her child, Thu Quynh exercised more, especially playing pickle ball to burn fat effectively, while tightening her diet to avoid starch and limit fat. There was a time when she lost 6kg in 2 months.

In addition to Thu Quynh, participating in the show for designer Ha Duy were runner-up Nguyen Thi Loan as vedette, actresses Luong Thanh, Hong Que and many other models.

The Poetic collection by designer Ha Duy includes 20 evening gown designs with a variety of materials such as: chiffon, silk, chiffon, tulle - fabrics that create a graceful effect when moving, while also highlighting the softness and elegance of women.

Ha Duy’s party creations are mostly long dresses with meticulous tailoring, helping to accentuate the waist and lengthen the legs. The designs tend to be elegant and gentle with striking colors such as yellow, green, light pink, pastel purple, etc.
