Attending the announcement ceremony were members of the Inspection Delegation of the Ministry of Home Affairs Inspectorate; Mr. Bui Xuan Dung, Deputy Minister of Construction; Mr. Le Van Toan, Department of Organization and Personnel; representatives of leaders of units under and directly under the Ministry of Construction.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Khuong, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs, clearly stated the purpose, requirements and necessity of the inspection activities on personnel organization; at the same time, directed and thoroughly grasped the activities of the Inspection Team, requiring members to seriously implement the Regulations on organization and operation of the Inspection Team, strictly maintain discipline and administrative discipline in public service activities.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Khuong requested the Ministry of Construction to prepare full documents and files so that the Inspection Team can complete the plan as planned.

On behalf of the Inspection Team, Ms. Chu Thi Hong Tam, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Head of the Inspection Team announced the full text of Decision No. 358/QD-TTBNV dated July 3, 2024 of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs on conducting inspections at the Ministry of Construction according to the 2024 Inspection Plan.

At the same time, disseminate the responsibilities, tasks, and powers of the Head, Deputy Head, and members of the Inspection Team; the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Ministry of Construction and related agencies, units, and individuals; disseminate working methods, and unify inspection schedules at agencies and units.

Carrying out the assignment of the Ministry of Construction's leadership, Mr. Le Van Toan, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, briefly presented the Ministry of Construction's report on compliance with legal regulations on inspection contents.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Bui Xuan Dung, Deputy Minister of Construction, agreed with the program, time, method and working content of the Inspection Team.

Mr. Bui Xuan Dung requested the Department of Personnel Organization and heads of affiliated agencies and units to fully prepare documents and materials and arrange personnel to work with the Inspection Team according to the agreed schedule; assign the Department of Personnel Organization to be the focal point, urging agencies and units to closely coordinate with the Inspection Team during the working process.
