From August 2nd to 18th, 2024 (June 28th to July 15th in the lunar calendar), the restaurant will serve a vegetarian buffet every evening (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM), while the lunch buffet (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM) will only be available on August 17th and 18th, 2024 (July 14th and 15th in the lunar calendar) for only VND 330,000++ per person. The hotel's experienced chefs will create lavish vegetarian feasts with a full range of flavors from European to Asian cuisine, prepared using fresh vegetables, fruits, and ingredients, presented in an attractive style.

Start your meal with light, warming appetizers like pumpkin soup, Japanese soybean paste soup, or refreshing options such as fruit salad, lotus root salad, and mango salad with enoki mushrooms. The vegetarian sushi counter is also very diverse with asparagus sushi, tofu sushi, vegetable rolls, and avocado rolls, while the frying and grilling counter offers diners a wide selection of ingredients from pumpkin, potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, to breadfruit, spring rolls, and tofu skin rolls.

There are also hot dishes prepared by the chef at the counter, such as savory pancakes with 6 types of mushrooms, vegetarian vermicelli soup, and two types of hot pot: a nutritious Cordyceps mushroom hot pot and a rich, spicy Thai hot pot. The restaurant also serves spaghetti and pasta with a choice of tomato sauce, cream sauce, or basil cream sauce, as well as pizzas baked directly in the oven with 6 types of cheese and various mushrooms.

In addition, the Vegetarian Buffet also features a selection of light and refreshing hot dishes for guests to choose from, such as vegetarian mushroom porridge, vegetable curry, and vegetable fried rice with black truffle mushrooms. Especially noteworthy is the "Bag of Good Fortune" vegetable dumpling, a symbol of good luck and well-being for diners. Besides the Vegetarian Buffet, during the Vu Lan season from July 1st to August 31st, Café Central An Đông also introduces a 'Five Flavors of Purity' Set Vegetarian Menu for lunch at only 198,000++ VND per person. The menu includes 5 dishes such as Mushroom Rice Noodle Rolls, Spicy and Sour Water Spinach Salad, Fried Breadfruit with Mango Sauce, or Stir-fried Soft Rice Noodles with Vegetables, with appetizer, main course, and dessert choices according to customer preference.
