During the working session, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Information and Communication informed about regulations related to organizing press conferences and determined by content, form implementation of the media meeting held by Nam Thư Entertainment Co. , Ltd. on 5 August 2024 as a press conference but without prior written notification to the competent State management body.
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Information and Communication has sanctioned an administrative violation against Nam Thư Entertainment Co. , Ltd. for the conduct of holding a press conference but without prior written notification to the competent State management body in accordance with Clause 1 Article 11 Decree No 119/2020/ND-CP dated 7 October 2020 The government administrative penalties for violations in journalism and publishing; amended by Decree No. 14/2022/NĐ-CP of 27 January 2022.
