"ABC News will host the qualified presidential candidates for a debate on September 10 on ABC. Vice President Harris and former President Trump have both confirmed their participation in the debate on ABC," the network said in a statement. Speaking at a press conference at the Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, Mr. Trump expressed his anticipation for the debate with the US Vice President and agreed on the upcoming debate dates with Fox News, ABC and NBC. "I think it's very important to have the debates and we agreed with Fox on September 4. We agreed with NBC. The deal is pretty complete depending on them on September 10. And we agreed with ABC on September 25," the former US President shared. A senior Trump adviser and an ABC source said the exact dates Trump has agreed to with the networks are: September 4 for Fox News, September 10 for ABC and September 25 for NBC. Trump said “small details” are still being worked out, including who will be there and where. Harris had previously agreed to participate in the ABC debate and said she would be happy to have another debate. “I’m so happy that he finally agreed to participate in the debate on September 10. I look forward to the debate and I hope he will be there,” Harris said before boarding Air Force Two in Detroit after an event with the United Auto Workers. Asked if she was open to other debates Trump has mentioned, Harris said: “I would be happy to have a conversation about an additional debate after September 10.” The ABC-hosted debate was initially agreed to by Trump and President Joe Biden before Biden withdrew from the 2024 presidential race. Earlier this week, Trump said he would not debate Harris if she did not agree to participate in the Fox News debate on September 4.Source: https://laodong.vn/the-gioi/xac-dinh-ngay-ong-trump-va-ba-harris-tranh-luan-bau-cu-my-1378045.ldo
