Accordingly, on the night of August 9, Mr. Ly Dang T. (born in 1962, in Quan Lan commune, Van Don district) went to visit the field and was bitten by a banded krait on the leg. Immediately afterwards, Mr. T. was taken by relatives to the Quan Lan Regional General Clinic for examination in a state of heavy bleeding in his right ankle. Here, patient T. was given emergency treatment with intravenous fluids and injections to treat inflammation. The clinic's doctors determined that the patient's health condition had worsened, with a high risk of endangering his life, so they immediately called a representative of the Van Don District Medical Center for consultation to transfer the patient to the treatment center immediately.
