HR Asia Awards 2024 is a program to honor companies with the best working environment in 16 countries in the Asian region organized by the prestigious HR Magazine - HR Asia. The award is a recognition of the efforts of businesses with excellent human resource management systems, high employee engagement and leading working environments in the region.

To be recognized as “Asia’s Best Workplace” and “Enterprise with policies and activities for the overall health and happiness of its employees”, Vinmec has surpassed the strict criteria of the Jury thanks to its distinct policies and values ​​based on the CARE Culture (Creativity, Accountability, Reliability, Excellence): encouraging creativity, committing to the highest responsibility, building trust and excellent quality.

In particular, the human factor is the center of priority development with recognition and worthy treatment. Specifically, the professional team at Vinmec is always updated with the latest technology, creating opportunities to study and practice to improve expertise at universities, healthcare systems or leading research institutes in the world. The team is also given maximum conditions to promote creative thinking, apply advanced technology to improve the quality of treatment as well as services according to the most stringent international standards.

As a result, 60% of healthcare workers rated Vinmec positively for its working environment; 24% wanted to join the system. Notably, Vinmec's clinical staff turnover rate was only 6%, lower than the industry average.
