Notably, the international market recorded significant growth. Of which, revenue from the Americas increased by 92% over the same period, reaching VND 384 billion. The European market increased slightly by 2% with total revenue of VND 159 billion. However, the Chinese market only recorded VND 119 billion, down 13% compared to July 2023.
In addition to export activities, the domestic market also recorded an 11% increase in revenue, reaching VND301 billion. Overall, export revenue is still showing a strong recovery of the seafood industry in July. Estimated total revenue for the first 7 months of the year reached VND7,171 billion.
According to some experts, Vinh Hoan’s export activities in the US market may improve when inflation shows signs of cooling down. Sales of retailers in the US recorded more than 90 million USD, nearly double compared to the same period, showing clear signs of this.
In addition, the anti-dumping tax (POR 19) on pangasius products from now until the end of the year is also at a low level. This is also a favorable condition for Vinh Hoan's export activities.
