“Best Companies to Work for in Asia” - HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards (HRAA) is a prestigious international award held annually to recognize and honor organizations with outstanding human resources policies, leading working environments and high levels of employee engagement in countries in the Asian region.
The award was conducted by the Organizing Committee through many rounds of evaluation, based on an online survey following the overall engagement assessment model (TEAM) for the staff; using independent research, expert opinions as well as direct interviews with the Board of Directors of participating businesses to select and decide the award results.
Although 2024 is the first year Vietcombank has registered to participate in the HRAA award, the Organizing Committee's evaluation results for Vietcombank in all criteria are significantly higher than the market average. Vietcombank is honored to receive all 04/04 award categories of the Organizing Committee, including 1 main award "Best Workplace in Asia" and 3 special awards: "HR Asia Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards - Enterprises with the most outstanding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies", "HR Asia Most Caring Company Awards - Enterprises with the best employee care" and "HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Awards - Enterprises with a sustainable working environment".
The HRAA 2024 Award and the "Harmonia" Gold Cup presented by the Organizing Committee are worthy recognition for all 22,000 Vietcombank employees who have been working together to build and create a sustainable, professional, cohesive and humane working environment.
