In the trend of Industrial Revolution 4.0 , digital technology is a vital factor for many fields, including journalism and media. In Vietnam, thanks to adapting and making changes in the context of digital transformation , many newspapers and press agencies have quickly created attraction for readers; at the same time, showing the ability to convey information quickly and diversely.
Many press works apply digital technology and data to create two-way interaction with readers, attracting and creating a sense of closeness with readers. In addition, digital transformation at press agencies greatly supports journalists and reporters in collecting information, analyzing data, producing content, etc.

At the workshop on “Application of AI in digital content creation” organized by Banking Times on the afternoon of March 11, delegates said that the digital revolution is not only the transition from print to online platforms, but also the promotion of advanced technology applications such as artificial intelligence (AI), data analysis and user experience. This means that newsrooms need to gather new resources and knowledge to adapt and overcome challenges, while taking advantage of potential opportunities.
New perspectives on AI applications
Deputy Governor of the State Bank Pham Thanh Ha said that digital transformation is a common trend in the world, no country is outside this trend. Citing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, which sets out the viewpoint of developing a digital economy, digital society, and digital citizens; at the event "Digital transformation of the banking sector in 2024", Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that the banking sector, as the lifeblood, has a daily impact on the activities of people, businesses and sectors in the economy. Therefore, the Party and the Government always pay attention to and identify banking as a priority sector, a pioneer in digital transformation.
The Deputy Governor affirmed that, closely following the policies and orientations of the Party and the State, the State Bank's Board of Directors always pays close attention to issues related to digital transformation of the industry. At the same time, digital transformation of the banking industry has achieved many impressive results in recent times.

The organization of the course “Application of AI in digital content creation” is a clear demonstration of the proactiveness and pioneering spirit of the units under the State Bank in the digital transformation process. “Through this course, journalists and reporters will have a new perspective on AI applications. In particular, the application of technology in the content production process, from information collection, data processing to editing and publishing. In order to convey messages about financial services in the most effective way and contribute positively to the digital transformation process of the press and the banking industry,” said the Deputy Governor.
Ms. Le Thi Thuy Sen - Editor-in-Chief of Banking Times - said that based on analysis and assessment based on science and practice, the desire to bring information value to the public, especially in the field of finance and banking. Especially, in the context of social networks developing strongly but accompanied by many unofficial sources of information, Banking Times, in accordance with the spirit of always doing digital transformation and strongly innovating in its operations.
At the training session, in addition to providing useful information on applying AI to optimize the press content production process, the lecturers also discussed the opportunities and challenges from AI that the press faces.
