Anadolu news agency quoted Putin as saying that Ukraine had carried out "a large-scale provocation and was firing indiscriminately from various types of weapons, including missiles, at civilian buildings, residential areas and ambulances." North Korean leader Kim Jong Un visits a temporary shelter for flood victims in Uiju County, North Pyongan Province, on August 8.
