After 30 minutes, the final night of Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 had to be temporarily stopped due to sudden heavy rain. This incident affected the schedule and experience of the audience. Many audiences and guests left their seats. The MC announced that the final night was temporarily stopped, the organizers and contestants had to wait to continue the program when the weather permitted. After more than 15 minutes of being affected by heavy rain, the competition resumed.
The jury for the final night includes: Miss Ha Kieu Anh (Head of the jury), People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien, Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (Miss Grand International 2021), Doan Thien An (Miss Grand Vietnam 2022), supermodel Minh Tu, actor Quoc Truong and designer Do Long.
Le Hoang Phuong's synchronized dance performance opened the final night.
The opening night of the competition was a performance by the top 36 in blue costumes with the reigning Miss Grand Vietnam Le Hoang Phuong, combined with a name-calling contest. Some creative contestants incorporated proverbs or a song into the name-calling contest to express the culture of their hometown.

Contestants Nguyen Le Que Anh, Nguyen Thi Le Nam, Vu Thi Thu Hien… attracted attention with their singing. Combining opera singing, contestant Nguyen Vinh Ha Phuong won the Best introduction award as chosen by the judges.
