Deploying the Daily Online Payment Limit Management Service for VPBank credit cards

Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank) would like to send our respectful greetings and thanks to our customers for their interest and use of VPBank's credit card products in the past time.

With the desire to enhance the utilities to help customers easily personalize their cards according to their financial needs and reduce damage in case of card information disclosure risk when making online spending transactions, from July 2024, VPBank will deploy an additional online Card Transaction Limit Management (HMGD) Service for the day (*).

• Benefits: Helps cardholders flexibly choose their daily online card payment limit according to their needs. Primary cardholders can proactively adjust the payment limit for their secondary cards.
• Applicable card products: all personal credit card products issued by VPBank
• Service fee: Completely free
• How to register: via VPBank hotline

• For Priority Customers: Contact hotline 1800 54 54 15 (select 2-branch Card Service key)
• For Standard Customers: Contact hotline 1900 54 54 15 (select key 1 of KHCN branch, then select key 1 of Card Service branch)

(*) Daily online card transaction limit: Is the maximum amount the Cardholder is allowed to use for payment in one day, not exceeding the card credit limit granted by VPBank, used to pay for legal goods and services through online payment channels using Credit Card (including Main Card, Supplementary Card, Virtual Card)

In addition, to effectively manage spending and ensure the safety of your credit card in case of physical card loss, you can also use the Daily Transaction Limit Management (DM) service (**) via VPBank NEO.

• Benefits: Cardholders will flexibly update their daily card transaction limit (HMGD) according to their needs. Primary cardholders can proactively adjust HMGD for secondary cards.
• Applicable card products: all personal credit card products issued by VPBank
• Service fee: Completely free
• How to register: Access the VPBank NEO application, go to Cards, select Manage, then select Card Settings and proceed to change the card's daily transaction number.

(**) Daily card transaction limit: Is the maximum amount that the Cardholder is allowed by VPBank to pay in a day, set for each card type, including legal payment limits for goods and services and cash withdrawal limits.
