The selection committee has gathered prestigious names in the fine arts and graphics industry nationwide.

The number of authors participating in the contest is also the largest with more than 300 professional and non-professional authors, including authors specializing in creating propaganda paintings, and authors specializing in creating logos, who have won many high prizes in national propaganda painting and logo creation competitions.
Authors specializing in composing propaganda paintings, many times won high prizes in national propaganda painting competitions such as: Tran Duy Truc, Ha Huy Chuong, Nguyen Cong Quang, Do Trung Kien, Pham Binh Dinh, Nguyen Van Cong, Pham Minh Trang, Nguyen Duy Thanh... Evaluating the results of the entries, Mr. Nguyen Thieu Phuong, Chairman of the Graphic Arts Council - Vietnam Fine Arts Association, said that with 70 paintings and logos displayed at the Exhibition House, the content of the contest was greatly reflected in the total of 700 entries, demonstrating the great interest of authors in many provinces and cities across the country towards the special day of October 10, the Liberation of the country's Capital. "The content of all the entries is closely focused on the anniversary of October 10. However, there are also topics that show new achievements in the development process of the Capital over the past 70 years, especially recently, which have been very creative. In particular, there are very new points, although the images, symbols, and graphic signs are what we often see, but in this contest there are changes and new expectations to affirm that propaganda posters today closely follow the development of science and technology, especially the factors related to digital technology are clearly shown through propaganda posters.
“In addition to the new exploration of the language of propaganda posters, the language of the logo also reveals the romantic and gallant spirit in the selected images, which are also doves, the number 70 or familiar images of the Capital. This time, we clearly see the distillation and transformation that is both strong, delicate and especially gallant. There are very romantic and gallant phrases like a song. Those are the points that the council has highly unanimously evaluated as new points in this contest,” said Mr. Phuong.
