Speaking at the conference, Ms. Le Thuy My Chau, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, recalled that at the conference summarizing the school year of preschool education nationwide, the Minister of Education and Training mentioned the challenges of preschool education nationwide, which is that there are 7 "best" things in preschool education. The 7 "best" things are: the most lack of facilities; the most lack of teachers; the most teachers quit their jobs; the lowest teacher income; teachers under the most pressure; the lowest teacher/class ratio; the least investment policy for the education level.

Ms. Le Thuy My Chau, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, spoke.
Ms. Le Thuy My Chau said that Ho Chi Minh City is a young city with a large population and an increasing number of children every year, but the city's preschool education still ensures enough places for children, especially children in industrial parks and export processing zones. The facilities of preschools are increasingly spacious and modern, the quality of education and care is good, and many model schools are being replicated. Preschools are flexible and proactive, ensuring the completion of the proposed school year program, ensuring the implementation of the criteria for building a happy school, focusing on children.
