( Bqp.vn ) - On the afternoon of August 1, in Hanoi, the General Department of Techniques organized an Exchange, honoring and rewarding advanced models for the period 2019 - 2024. At the program, delegates listened to the leaders of the General Department of Engineering share about the effectiveness of the Emulation Movement for Victory (TĐQT) and the outstanding marks in the work of advising and directing the entire military engineering sector in recent times; listened to good experiences, creative ways of doing things, and effective models in implementing the TĐQT movement of advanced models in agencies and units throughout the General Department. This is also an opportunity for advanced models in the General Department of Engineering to learn from each other, thereby contributing to promoting the TĐQT movement in the coming period, replicating advanced models throughout the General Department.

Over the past 5 years, agencies and units under the General Department of Engineering have focused on selecting collectives and individuals who perform important tasks in difficult and complicated conditions, collectives with a long tradition, individuals with good political qualities, ethics, intelligence, capacity, and who regularly complete tasks excellently to build them into typical advanced collectives and individuals. On this occasion, the leaders of the General Department of Engineering awarded Emulation Flags to 10 collectives; Certificates of Merit to 51 collectives and 62 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing the International Labor Movement, period 2019 - 2024.
