Accelerate the implementation of the set goals
Responding to the priority after the 13th Party Central Committee elected him as General Secretary, Mr. To Lam said that in the immediate future, he will review and re-evaluate the targets set by the 13th National Party Congress to find breakthrough solutions, make quick moves, and accelerate to achieve the goals. "We only have more than 1 year left to carry out this task, so the requirement is to accelerate the implementation of the targets set by the 13th National Party Congress, especially the socio-economic targets, to reach the finish line soon. This is an important priority," said the General Secretary and President. The second priority, according to General Secretary and President To Lam, is to prepare for the 14th National Party Congress. There is not much time left, but there is a lot of work to be done, so the subcommittees must actively prepare to complete documents to serve the Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress. At the same time, the General Secretary and President emphasized that it is necessary to prepare well in terms of personnel plans. "We must have a good apparatus and a good staff to fulfill the goals and expectations of the people.
