As planned, the Festival will take place for 5 days, from May 26 to May 30 at the Dak Lak Provincial Cultural - Tourism Center (Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province).

The festival is chaired by the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library, in coordination with relevant agencies and units.

This is one of the important activities of the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector to celebrate major holidays and important historical events of the country in 2025.

Through the Festival's activities, we aim to introduce and disseminate documents and books about important historical events of the country.

At the same time, it contributes to propagating and educating all classes of people, especially the young generation, about the tradition of patriotism and revolutionary struggle, arousing love for the homeland and country, national pride, the desire to contribute, and building a strong, prosperous, and developed country.

Each delegation participating in the Festival must perform all the competitions according to the regulations and in accordance with the program and script registered with the Organizing Committee.

Specifically, each group's competition program is from 30 - 35 minutes (of which the book introduction must be at least 15 minutes), including 4 parts: Introducing the team; Introducing the book; Introducing an experience initiative/or a new, effective model in developing a reading culture and serving lifelong learning in the locality, agency, unit; Talent.

In addition, within the framework of the Festival, there will be activities displaying and exhibiting books and newspapers; displaying images of activities to develop reading culture and serve lifelong learning of libraries across the country; and arranging art books according to the Festival's theme.
