According to the decision, the Ministry assigned the Hanoi Opera House (Center for Performing Arts Organization) to coordinate with the Colombian Embassy in Vietnam to organize a Colombian art exchange program on August 22 at the Hanoi Opera House.

Hanoi Opera House (Center for Performing Arts and Cultural Events) is responsible for completing the procedures for requesting a document approving the organization of performing arts in accordance with current legal regulations.

The Colombian Art Exchange Program in Vietnam in 2024 is one of the important activities demonstrating the determination and efforts of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam and the Embassy of Colombia in Vietnam to promote the role of culture and art as a bridge to narrow the geographical gap between the two countries, strengthen the connection, friendship, mutual understanding, and affection between the people of the two countries.
