The patient was taken to Truong Sa Medical Center for emergency treatment by ship BD 98573 TS at 8:30 a.m. on August 14. Through diagnosis and monitoring, the patient was diagnosed with gastrointestinal infection, gastroenteritis, and hypertension.
The patient was tested by the medical team of Truong Sa Medical Center for blood count, blood biochemistry, X-ray, emergency abdominal ultrasound, rehydration, electrolytes, antibiotics, secretion reduction, intravenous nutrition, and blood pressure reduction. Currently, vital signs M75; BP 180/100; SpO2 98% spontaneous breathing, temperature 37 degrees; still has dull pain in the abdomen around the navel. Risks of surgical abdomen, acute pancreatitis, progressive infection have not been ruled out...
