After inspecting the items of the Mausoleum project, concluding the working session, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized: "With infinite love and eternal gratitude to Uncle Ho, our Party, State and people always determine that preserving and protecting the body of President Ho Chi Minh is a particularly important and glorious political task, of great significance to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland."

The Prime Minister stated that, for the Vietnamese people, beloved President Ho Chi Minh is a National Liberation Hero, a World Cultural Celebrity, a genius Leader, and a great Teacher of the Vietnamese Revolution. He represents the cultural quintessence of the Vietnamese people, the most beautiful values ​​of the Vietnamese soul, personality, will, and mettle; a shining example of revolutionary morality; and a beautiful image of the close relationship between the leader and the people.

"In the eyes of international friends, President Ho Chi Minh is an outstanding communist soldier, a comrade, and a close friend. As Cuban President Fidel Castro once commented in 1969: "... His life is a shining example of the most noble and revolutionary qualities..."; or Russian President Putin wrote in 2013: "... Ho Chi Minh's ideological and moral values ​​are still the torch, the symbol of a future culture..." - said the Prime Minister.

Regarding the implementation of the work of long-term preservation and absolute safety protection of President Ho Chi Minh's body, through the Report, the Prime Minister was pleased to know that in the past time, despite many difficulties and challenges, the collective leadership, officers and soldiers of the Mausoleum Management Board have been united, proactive in overcoming difficulties, focusing on completing many assigned tasks, notably:

Ensuring that President Ho Chi Minh's body continues to be preserved in the best condition. Effectively coordinating with domestic units (Factory Z175/General Department of Defense Industry) and international units (Moscow Biomedical Research Center), constantly improving qualifications and techniques to master the task of ensuring the absolute safety of President Ho Chi Minh's body. Successfully preparing the special solution BX-24 (with the support of Russian experts) to serve the task of making major medicine. In the spirit of "overcoming sun, rain, storms and cold", well organizing the task force with high responsibility, continuously, non-stop 24/7 to manage, operate, maintain and repair architectural works and equipment systems; maintain a spacious and clean environment; ensure absolute security and safety of the Mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square, Monument to Heroes and Martyrs and K9; organize to welcome and serve attentively the large number of compatriots and international guests coming to visit Uncle Ho.

Over the past year, the Mausoleum Management Board has welcomed over 4.6 million visitors, an increase of 13% over the previous year; of which international visitors were nearly 1.9 million, an increase of 83%, a very commendable result. Well organized important political activities, especially the visit to President Ho Chi Minh, the commemoration of heroic martyrs by Party and State leaders on the occasion of holidays, New Year, Central Conferences, and National Assembly sessions. Organized the reception and attentive and solemn service of delegations of heads of state and high-ranking leaders of countries coming to visit and commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, commemorate heroic martyrs...

On behalf of the Government, the Prime Minister commended and highly appreciated the efforts, sense of responsibility and achievements of the collective of cadres, civil servants, public employees, soldiers and workers of the Mausoleum Management Board and agencies, units and individuals performing tasks in the Ba Dinh Historical - Cultural Relic Complex.

Regarding the direction and tasks for the coming time, the Prime Minister stated that in 2025, we will have many important events for the country such as the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024); 80 years of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); 50 years of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), preparing for the 14th National Party Congress...

"Therefore, if we have done well, we must do better, if we have tried, we must try harder, be more determined, act more resolutely, have focus, key points, complete each task, have products, be effective, "weigh, measure, count", quantify, assign "clearly to people, clear about work, clear about responsibilities, clear about implementation time, clear about effectiveness, clear about products"; promote what has been done well to do better, overcome limitations" - the Prime Minister directed.

The Prime Minister requested that we need to be aware of the meaning and importance: this is a red address, with extremely great and comprehensive significance in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; a place with educational value, introducing the heroic historical tradition, enhancing the passionate patriotism of the people, a place to educate loyalty, putting the interests of the nation and people above all; a place to create motivation, inspire compatriots and soldiers nationwide when visiting the Relic Site and visiting Uncle Ho, commemorating the heroic martyrs; a place to proudly introduce President Ho Chi Minh, the great national hero, a world cultural celebrity; introducing the heroic historical and cultural tradition of our country to international friends; with strong internal spiritual and material strength.

The Prime Minister hopes that the Mausoleum Management Board will promote the spirit of initiative, creativity, flexibility, and close and effective coordination between agencies to complete the task of important historical significance, contributing to serving the goal of the cause of national construction and protection; and carry out this work with all heart, pride, and patriotism.

The Prime Minister emphasized strengthening close, effective and proactive coordination with agencies; promoting digital transformation in managing visitors; always embellishing and enhancing the value to make the work more meaningful; requesting Hanoi to do a good job in site clearance, flexibly and effectively applying the mechanisms and policies of the Party, State and city, and definitely completing this work by 2024.

The Prime Minister requested the Mausoleum Management Board to coordinate with agencies, units, and Hanoi city to make this special relic site more spacious, more beautiful, more civilized, and to enhance its intrinsic value, thereby attracting domestic and foreign tourists, promoting the image of Vietnam, and expressing our pride.

Regarding opening hours, the Prime Minister noted that the Mausoleum Management Board should study the proposal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on visiting hours suitable to the situation, meeting the wishes of students...

The Prime Minister once again emphasized that this is an extremely important task of great significance, so relevant agencies and units must carry it out with a high sense of responsibility and coordinate closely and effectively.
