On July 9, THACO INDUSTRIES held a Conference to Deploy the Operation and Management Plan for the last 6 months of 2024. Mr. Tran Ba Duong - Chairman of THACO Board of Directors attended and gave a speech.

The conference heard reports on strategies, production and business plans, and management work in the last 6 months of 2024 of THACO INDUSTRIES, the business sector, and affiliated companies, groups/companies. Accordingly, the Group continues to focus on market development; proactively research and develop products with large output, high added value, and completed products and equipment to increase competitive advantages... with a revenue target of more than 10,580 billion VND in 2024.
In the last 6 months of the year, THACO INDUSTRIES will continue to consolidate and upgrade its management comprehensively, ensuring it is systematic and scientific, enhancing the role of operations in consulting, supporting, training, and supervising production and business activities; focusing on applying information technology and digital transformation with a suitable roadmap, forming a management model on a digital platform; organizing production according to a combined model to create advantages, specializing in efficiency; at the same time, investing and upgrading technology, meeting quality standards and prices according to the specific requirements of customers and the market.

Speaking at the conference, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong emphasized: In the last 6 months of the year, managers and production staff need to "step into the market", interact with the external business environment, and practice to have "the mindset, breathing and attitude of a real business manufacturer". In the coming time, THACO INDUSTRIES will continue to support member corporations in the THACO system, especially in the automobile and agricultural sectors with unique and special products. Therefore, THACO INDUSTRIES is required to focus on controlling quality, cost, time; and at the same time, manage comprehensively. The Group needs to continue to maintain and develop processing activities, ensuring quality, technical standards and competitive prices. At the same time, focus on market research, product approach and analysis, production capacity assessment to develop products (new machinery and equipment systems), meet internal needs and external partners.

For business operations, centralized management is required to optimize resources, promote customer search and market development. Investment projects must ensure technological efficiency, contribute to cost reduction, and meet customer and market requirements.

Regarding human resources, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO emphasized: To develop the Group, we must focus on human resource development. Leaders and managers must train and develop themselves comprehensively, demonstrate the spirit of contribution and dedication, set an example for all employees, and have a development orientation for subordinates. At the same time, each employee must build a proactive and creative lifestyle and working mindset. "In addition to passion and love, a sense of responsibility is paramount.
