On July 10, in Gia Lai, THACO AGRI held a Conference on Deploying the Operation and Management Plan for the Last 6 Months of 2024. Attending the Conference were THACO Chairman of the Board of Directors Tran Ba Duong, THACO Board of Directors, THACO AGRI and nearly 200 employees of KLH, Corporations, Subsidiaries, Executive Management Block, THACO AGRI Management Department, THADICONS A&I, THADIDESIGN at Gia Lai Office.

2024 is the second year in THACO AGRI's 5-year plan (2023 - 2027) and is an important year for THACO AGRI to focus on investment in construction, banana production, cattle development combined with fruit tree planting; perfecting human resource management to form a workforce of leaders and managers of production enterprises and administrative departments and offices.
For production and business plans:
2023 and the first 6 months of 2024 are the stages of "Planning, investing in construction, and forming models of Enterprises/Farms for crop and livestock production".
The last 6 months of 2024 and 2025 are the period of "Focusing on investment and perfecting the integrated/circular agricultural production model on a large industrial scale; ensuring that enterprises achieve productivity - quality - efficiency targets" in production and business.
2026 - 2027 is the period when THACO AGRI completes the goals set for the 5-year strategy, with agricultural production and business activities increasing output - stabilizing quality and increasing profits, moving towards the goal of "forming an integrated/circular agricultural economy; achieving productivity - quality - efficiency in the entire production and business sector".
For administration:
Review, evaluate, arrange jobs and determine salary levels and grades according to workers' skills; strengthen recruitment and training to supplement the workforce to meet production requirements, and at the same time perfect the leadership personnel apparatus at 3 management levels.
Focus on managing the performance of each unit/department according to KPI with the goals: Productivity - Quality - Cost - Profit.
Focus on completing legal procedures for large-scale agricultural production investment projects.
Continue to invest in facilities and improve utility services, take care of employees' lives according to production and business plans and human resource development.
Promote integration training and internal communication, especially for Cambodian/Laotian employees; increase the organization of cultural and sports activities to improve the spiritual life of employees at the KLH/enterprise.
At the Conference, leaders of the Blocks and the Management Department of THACO AGRI presented plans, directions for operations and management; structure and positions for the last 6 months of the year of each unit.

Directing at the Conference, Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO Tran Ba Duong emphasized: The last 6 months of the year are an extremely important time for THACO AGRI. When implementing and realizing the goals, it is necessary to meet strategic requirements; circular integration is the core of agricultural production; in crop or livestock production, construction, machinery, industry, investment, human resources, apparatus, etc. must be implemented synchronously.
Regarding human resources, the leadership and management team must set an example, be exemplary, diligent, proactive in completing their work well, and demonstrate leadership qualities commensurate with the position they hold. In addition, focus on developing a skilled workforce that works effectively to increase income.

After the Conference, the Leaders of the Blocks/Divisions, KLH/Corporations will deploy specific goals to the units to implement and complete the proposed plan for the last 6 months of 2024.
