On the morning of August 6, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association organized a photography training course on "Application of technology in creating artistic photos" for more than 40 members of the photography profession, photography clubs and reporters from press and propaganda agencies in the province.

The conference was attended by Journalist, Photographer Ho Sy Minh, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, Editor-in-Chief of Photography and Life Magazine, discussing the topic of orientation and improvement of the quality of artistic photography. It focused on a number of contents such as: basic factors, current situation, strategies, solutions, to orient the development of Vietnamese photography; the impact of technology (especially AI) on artistic photography; "regional" factors in photo composition and appraisal; and the paths to avoid to improve the quality of artistic photography.

Photographer Tran Nhan Quyen delivered a presentation on the topic of photographic thinking and observation, including an overview of artistic photography in photography; methods of analysis, assessment and application in the post-production process of digital photography; some applications in modern digital image processing. At the same time, he emphasized the elements of light, composition, and creative practice through observing artistic photographic works...

Students go on a creative field trip to Phu Lang pottery village, Que Vo town.

Through training, we aim to supplement knowledge and skills in working and processing photos, contributing to improving the quality of works, enriching photographic works reflecting various areas of social life. At the same time, helping to promote creativity in the field of photography in particular and literary and artistic activities in general.

Before that, the students went on a creative field trip to Phu Lang pottery village, Que Vo town and Xuan Lai bamboo and rattan weaving village, Gia Binh district.
