The training program was held at Nguyen Cong Tru Secondary School, with the participation of English teachers at primary and secondary levels in Ba Dinh district (Hanoi), aiming to provide more in-depth training information on teaching methods; lesson design; testing and evaluation; exploiting and using digital learning materials ecosystem; applying scientific achievements in the digital transformation trend, contributing to the effective implementation of the 2018 General Education Program.

At the training session, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy Head of the English Pedagogy Department, University of Foreign Languages, Vietnam National University, Hanoi shared effective teaching methods as well as how to design lively and engaging lectures. The teaching process of each teacher is a journey to inspire students, aiming to create a "product" that is a generation of students who are not afraid of English and do not leave any students behind. The design of the Global Success book series for students is an integration of Reading - Speaking - Listening - Writing skills. According to Mr. Tuan Anh, teaching integrated skills is extremely essential in developing learners' capacity. The members participating in the training session actively discussed and shared teaching methods for vocabulary, grammar, phonetics, etc.

Also at the training session, teachers were instructed on how to use digital learning resources and online learning support tools. The application of technology in teaching was emphasized to improve the quality and effectiveness of lectures. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh updated how to apply new scientific achievements in teaching such as using AI to create rich exercises for students to practice; in order to meet the requirements of the digital transformation trend.

The training program received active participation and high appreciation from teachers. Teachers expressed satisfaction with the in-depth and practical content of the training session, and felt equipped with many useful tools and methods to apply in their teaching work.
