The project is expected to contribute to changing the urban face of Ha Nam, contributing to the local socio -economic development.

"City of the times" - Sun Urban City is located in Bac Chau Giang area (Phu Ly city) - the southern gateway of Hanoi capital, 50km from Hanoi with a 45-minute drive. Sun Urban City metropolis is developed according to the suburban resort urban model with 1,001 amenities.

Sun Urban City owns a central location connecting Ha Nam's road - rail - air traffic. By road, the project connects with key traffic routes such as National Highway 1A, Phap Van - Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Expressway, and Ring Roads 3.5 and 4. In particular, when Phu Thu Interchange on Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Expressway is completed in 2025, connecting with Ring Road 5 of the Capital Region in the future, all roads from Hanoi and the Northern provinces will flow to Sun Urban City Ha Nam.

Regarding railways, the North-South Expressway is expected to start construction in 2027 with the strategic stop at Phu Ly station. Along with that, the second airport in the capital region is expected to be invested and built in Ung Hoa - Phu Xuyen district (Hanoi), only about 15 minutes away from the project location, opening the door to connect Ha Nam in general and Sun Urban City in particular with the whole country and internationally.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Truong Quoc Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province shared that "Modern City" - Sun Urban City with a scale of 420 hectares is the largest urban project ever in Ha Nam.

"The project will create a better living environment for people with synchronous infrastructure and full amenities; change the face of Phu Ly city, contributing to realizing the goal of making Phu Ly a class 1 urban area by 2030, making Ha Nam a centrally-run city by 2050. At the same time, it will create a driving force to promote and spread, contributing to the economic restructuring of the province. In addition, with modern and attractive amenities and services, Sun Urban City is expected to become an attractive tourist destination of Ha Nam, contributing to realizing the goal of reaching 10 million tourists by 2030", said Mr. Truong Quoc Huy.

"Modern urban area" - Sun Urban City has a construction density of 18%, green space and water surface of up to 200 hectares with a complex of 5 large parks, creating an ecological, classy living space, close to nature.

There is a festival park; a cultural park with the highlight being the fireworks display in the middle of the lake, a beer factory, an event square, etc.; Sun World Park with a scale of nearly 20 hectares including a water park inspired by traditional water puppetry culture and an indoor park Wonder Land, a sports park. Finally, there is an ecological park with the Kid Universal complex - a children's playground paradise.

"City of the times" - Sun Urban City is also expected to attract attention with its key amenities such as the 150m wide, 1.5km long avenue, the largest in Vietnam and the region, leading to the fireworks square combined with entertainment activities using modern technology. This will be the venue for major events and festivals in Ha Nam in the future. The new administrative center of Ha Nam province with a scale of 27.8ha will also be located here.

With convenient transportation, well-planned planning and a system of high-class utilities, Sun Urban City Ha Nam is expected to become the leading destination for living, relaxing, playing and experiencing for people in Ha Nam and the North.

In particular, Sun Urban City Ha Nam will act as a lever to help the local economy and tourism take off", Mr. Tran Minh Son, member of the Founding Council, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sun Group affirmed.

Along with the groundbreaking of the "City of the Age" project - Sun Urban City, from now until the end of the year, Sun Group will coordinate with Ha Nam province to organize a series of cultural festival events in Ha Nam and the Red River Delta, with many attractive activities such as fireworks displays, grand music festivals, traditional art performances, photo exhibitions, culinary festivals... contributing to turning the land of "Doi mountain, Chau river" into the most attractive tourist destination in the country.
