Vietnam Outstanding Banking Awards 2024 is an award that has been held annually for the past 13 years, organized by the International Data Group (IDG) in collaboration with the Vietnam Banks Association (VNBA). This award has created prestige for the business community because the awarded products and services are trusted by experts in the finance - banking industry and trusted by customers.

The VOBA Awards are based on many strict criteria and are evaluated objectively and independently by experts representing government agencies, ministries, branches, and associations in the fields of finance and banking. The VOBA voting council recognized SeABank's digital banking application for businesses, SeAMobile Biz, with a high score based on the criteria: being creative, innovative, and highly applicable to support businesses in saving costs, increasing labor productivity, minimizing operating human resources while still ensuring operational efficiency, thereby supporting increased business efficiency for businesses and for the Bank itself. In particular, the product and service have the potential to develop in the future.

The SeAMobile Biz application launched by SeABank in 2022 helps businesses to proactively conduct financial transactions on mobile devices with internet connection anytime, anywhere without having to go directly to the bank's transaction counter. In particular, corporate customers are completely exempted from service fees and money transfer fees on SeAMobile Biz, helping to save costs and improve operational efficiency. The application is also a data warehouse that helps businesses quickly update information on exchange rates and interest rates in the market, conduct foreign currency trading and international money transfers.

Instead of receiving authentication codes via a separate Soft OTP application as before, SeAMobile Biz shortens transaction time and increases security by integrating Soft OTP on a single platform.

After two years of implementation, the number and value of transactions on SeAMobile Biz in 2023 have grown significantly compared to 2022 with growth rates of 168% in number and 94% in transaction value, respectively. The proportion of transactions on SeAMobile Biz in total e-banking transactions at SeABank has continuously increased over the years. This shows that the correctness of the "Digital Convergence" strategy at SeABank has been and is being effective, bringing maximum value to customers and the Bank.

Prior to this award, the SeAMobile Biz application was also honored by the Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA) as an excellent product of the Vietnamese software and IT industry and was recognized as receiving the Sao Khue Award 2024. This is the driving force to help SeABank continue to make strong breakthroughs, increase digitalization in business operations as well as products and services in the coming time to improve customer experience towards the goal of becoming the most favorite retail bank.
