After selling, Dragon Capital fund group has just increased ownership of Khang Dien House
Since the beginning of July 2024, the Dragon fund group has changed its ownership ratio at Khang Dien House Investment and Trading JSC (code: KDH) 3 times. Most recently, the fund group has just bought an additional 20 million units, increasing its ownership at Khang Dien House to 9.16%.
Recently, the Dragon Capital fund group including member fund Amersham Industries Limited bought 5.1 million KDH shares, Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited bought 5 million KDH shares, Hanoi Investments Holdings Limited bought 4.41 million KDH shares, Norges Bank bought 3.1 million KDH shares...
In total, the group bought 20.03 million units. After completing the transaction, the Dragon Capital fund group owns about 9.16% of Khang Dien House's capital.
Provisionally calculated at the closing price on July 26, Dragon Capital fund group spent more than 720 billion VND to buy a total of more than 20 million KDH shares.
Trading activities of the Dragon Capital fund group are quite frequent. In early July, the Dragon Capital group bought nearly 1 million more KDH shares, increasing its ownership to 8%. However, less than a month later, on July 11, this fund group reported selling 1.95 million shares, bringing its ownership ratio to 7.76% of capital.
Also in the real estate stock group, the fund group under Dragon Capital sold 1 million DXG shares of Dat Xanh Group (July 8). This move took place shortly after Mr. Luong Tri Thin left the position of Chairman of DXG's Board of Directors to assume the position of Chairman of the Company's Strategy Council from July 3, 2024.
In early August, information was released showing that the Dragon fund group sold 2 million MWG shares, bringing the number of shares held to more than 116 million units, equivalent to 7.94% of capital.
