Nearly 300 artistic news photos were introduced at the program, contributing to depicting the solemn, heroic and proud atmosphere of the historic May days with images and moments of training, parades and marching of formations and forces of departments and branches such as: Female military band, Engineer - Infantry and Artillery Regiment, Dien Bien Soldiers, Army, Navy, Air Defense - Air Force...

In particular, in this photo book, author Nguyen A also depicts the portraits of the remaining precious living witnesses of the Dien Bien Phu Campaign, the veterans who contributed their youth, creating the glorious history of Dien Bien Phu "famous in five continents, shaking the world". Besides, there are many special stories, recalling the emotional, heroic moments of the country in the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, also shared at the program.

Sharing at the event, Photographer Nguyen A - author of the photo book "70 years of Dien Bien Phu Victory - the heroic epic forever echoes" said: "During 11 days of working to capture images of every moment of the event "70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory", I had to try my best, always reminding myself, encouraging myself to overcome all obstacles and difficulties, with the goal of spreading the value and stature of Dien Bien Phu victory through images, capturing every precious moment, from the spirit of hard work of soldiers participating in the parade, to the enthusiasm, friendliness and hospitality of the people of Dien Bien".

Within the framework of the program, many delegates met and talked with special guests, sharing “real people - real events” stories from those participating in the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory. Through that, listeners felt more clearly the scale and strength of the great national unity bloc, the will to self-reliance, the growth and maturity of the revolutionary armed forces…

The photo book “70 years of Dien Bien Phu Victory - the heroic epic echoes forever” consists of 240 pages, published and distributed by Thong Tan Publishing House, printed 1,000 copies of 26x26cm size, completed and submitted for deposit in July 2024. This is the 21st photo book by author Nguyen A.
