Many diners have rated the dishes at Bo Kho Ganh as having a rich flavor, the beef and tendons are carefully processed, stewed until soft, keeping the right amount of toughness, and absorbing the spices but not too strong or rich, giving a light feeling. Mr. Tony Tran, an overseas Vietnamese who is a regular customer, was very surprised to learn that his "favorite restaurant" was awarded by Michelin. "Every time I return to the country, I have to visit the restaurant at least twice a week. The bread is grilled crispy on a charcoal stove; the broth is not too fatty, not too greasy. I really like the flavor at the restaurant," said Mr. Tony Tran. Ms. Ta Thi Minh Nguyen, 46 years old, owner of Bo Kho Ganh, shared that after receiving the award, the number of customers coming to the restaurant increased significantly, especially international customers who account for about 30% of the number of customers coming to the restaurant. “The restaurant’s secret lies in the family recipe combined with three types of Chinese herbs to create a unique flavor for the beef stew. In particular, the beef stew with young beef ribs has been modified and is loved by many diners,” Ms. Minh Nguyen revealed.

The restaurant's famous beef stew is the "specialty" of Mrs. Phuc, the mother of the current restaurant owner. Mrs. Phuc is a talented cook, often making dishes for weddings, parties... Among them, her beef stew is very popular with diners. Ms. Nguyen later inherited her mother's cooking skills, combining it with Chinese cuisine in Cho Lon - a market near her house, to bring a unique beef stew to the culinary map of Ho Chi Minh City. The beef stew at the restaurant is considered to have a strong traditional flavor. With the appearance of Michelin in Vietnam, restaurants and eateries have more opportunities to promote Vietnamese cuisine to international friends, contributing to raising the position of Vietnamese cuisine on the world map.Laodong.vn
