Speaking at the opening of the Congress, Ms. Bo Thi Xuan Linh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Binh Thuan Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, said that this is a very important political event, held in the context of the country and Binh Thuan province achieving great achievements in the renovation process.

Today's Congress also takes place at a time when the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people are striving to successfully implement the socio-economic development targets and tasks in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress and is the time when cadres and people of Binh Thuan province organize activities to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024) and National Day September 2 (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024).

At the Congress, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Truong Thi Ngoc Anh listened to the Political Report of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Thuan province for the 2019-2024 term; Report summarizing comments on the draft documents of the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; summarizing comments on amending and supplementing the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term IX.

The congress will take place over two days from August 5 to 6.
