Previously, Market Management Team No. 5 (under the Gia Lai Market Management Department) conducted a surprise inspection and made a record of Anh Man private enterprise located in Phu Tuc town, Krong Pa district.

At this time, the company is selling 2 9K jewelry rings (made of yellow gold) with the CHANEL logo stamped directly on the product.

The trademark cannot be separated from the product and is completely identical to the CHANEL trademark protected in Vietnam.

Market Management Team No. 5 has drawn up a record of inspection and temporarily detained the goods showing signs of violations.

After coordinating with the representative of the trademark owner to verify and clarify the violation, Market Management Team No. 5 transferred the decision to the Director of the Provincial Market Management Department to administratively fine the enterprise 20 million VND; at the same time, forcing the enterprise to destroy all evidence of the violating goods (worth 7.2 million VND).
