In the second quarter, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all city levels continued to implement plans to organize propaganda activities for major holidays and important political events of the capital and the country.

At the conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city launched the emulation movement "Digital citizens rise up with the Capital" and the peak emulation period to celebrate major holidays and welcome party congresses at all levels...

Accordingly, the movement "Digital citizens rise up with the Capital" has 3 contents: Organizing propaganda, disseminating knowledge, raising awareness of digital transformation; promoting the application of information technology, digital transformation in the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and member organizations at all levels of the city; actively coordinating to participate in developing digital skills for the community.

The peak emulation period of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the city includes the main contents: Activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Hanoi Party Committee (March 17, 1930 - March 17, 2025); organizing a connecting journey with the participation of delegates, intellectuals, religious dignitaries, and ethnic minorities in 2025 towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025); launching the emulation movement "Capital Front officials pioneering digital transformation" and "Digital citizens and aspirations for the development of the Capital"; organizing conferences to contribute opinions to documents of Party congresses at all levels.
