Although 2024 was Vietcombank's first year participating in the HRAA awards, the Organizing Committee's evaluation results for Vietcombank in all criteria were exceptionally high compared to the market average. Vietcombank was honored to receive all four award categories from the Organizing Committee, including one main award, "Best Workplace in Asia," and three special awards: "HR Asia Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards - Company with the most outstanding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies," "HR Asia Most Caring Company Awards - Company with the best employee care," and "HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Awards - Company with a sustainable work environment."

The HRAA 2024 award, along with the "Harmonia" gold trophy presented by the Organizing Committee, is a well-deserved recognition for all more than 22,000 Vietcombank employees who have been working together to build and create a sustainable, professional, cohesive, and humane working environment. This is also clear evidence of the strong commitment of Vietcombank's leadership to always value and prioritize the human factor, effectively implementing policies on human resource management and development with the strategic goal of becoming "the leading bank in human resource quality".
