In an era where Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming increasingly popular and playing an important role, it is extremely necessary for each person, especially young people, to equip themselves with the right skills to succeed.

Today, young people need to be able to generate new, unique ideas and solve problems in different ways. The ability to analyze problems, come up with effective solutions, be curious and constantly learn new knowledge; the ability to work effectively in a team; the ability to communicate ideas clearly and convincingly...

In addition, young people will have more opportunities if they have the ability to lead and inspire others, the ability to adapt to rapid changes in the working environment; and a sense of social responsibility and ethics in using AI.

Why are these skills important? Because AI can perform many repetitive tasks but cannot completely replace humans, especially in jobs that require creativity, critical thinking and communication skills. These skills help young people create new products and services, bringing value to society. Moreover, these skills also help improve competitiveness. According to experts, in an increasingly competitive labor market, people with these skills will have more opportunities.

Professor Phan Van Truong, a senior expert in the field of international negotiations and an advisor to the French government on international trade, once shared that today's world is extremely complex, it seems that no day goes by without an international event. For young people who follow current events, strive, challenge themselves with real life, and jump into fierce competition in the labor market, they certainly have high qualities.

In fact, the education system in many countries is rapidly becoming obsolete. The value of a student is no longer measured by the amount of knowledge he or she can memorize, because this has become useless. Machines will take over the task of delivering any information we need. In fact, in the near future, machines will replace humans in simple tasks.

In hundreds of countries, including many of the world's most developed, education has become obsolete due to the emphasis on examinations. Meanwhile, in many countries, even academic testing is not considered a priority; when it comes to employment, many companies no longer care about achievements or resumes.

"The trend of education is to help students have more time to grow up, mature early, realize civic responsibility early, practice using their hands and feet instead of just learning with their minds. From there, the curriculum becomes lighter, students are more comfortable and begin to develop their creativity, teamwork, reasoning, summarizing and communication skills. In fact, these things are very important for global citizens but are sometimes not focused on by schools. Today, the most useful thing to do in education is to focus on creating people who can command robots, create faster than artificial intelligence, reason more sharply than any software and use data instead of trying to keep it in memory," emphasized Professor Phan Van Truong.

Thus, in the AI era, it is extremely important to continuously learn and improve skills. By equipping yourself with the necessary skills, young people can make the most of the opportunities that AI brings and become a useful person for society. To do so, they need to grasp and apply AI technology; equip themselves with basic knowledge of AI to be able to study and work effectively in the digital environment.

It can be said that AI is a great support in creating creative content, but it is humans who decide on ideas and directions. AI can perform many repetitive tasks, but creativity and critical thinking are still human strengths. In an ever-changing world, the ability to adapt and solve problems flexibly is very important. Effective teamwork is an important factor for success in complex projects.

Young people must be aware of the impacts of AI on society and use technology responsibly. Young people can start a business by applying AI in different fields such as healthcare, education, agriculture, creating new products and services. AI opens up countless opportunities to create new products and services to meet market needs.

However, the reality is that young people are also facing challenges such as job loss; AI can replace humans in some jobs. Therefore, there is no other way, you should improve your skills, learn in areas that AI cannot replace.

AI can create fake news, so it is important to develop critical thinking and fact-checking skills. AI can increase social inequality, so it is important to create fair policies that ensure everyone has access to technology.

To cope with the changes in life and the rise of Artificial Intelligence, young people must constantly learn, update new knowledge and skills. Participate in social activities, promote entrepreneurial spirit, create new values, and determine the path of personal development.

Prof. Tran Thanh Nam, Vice Principal of the University of Education (VNU), expressed his opinion that if a person does not have the ability to think critically, he will not have the ability to think critically in front of AI. AI believes everything it answers is true, not to mention that AI can create stories, fake news and information that is not true to historical events or cultural values. So the problem is, we can no longer study or work in the "traditional" way when AI is increasingly developing.

We must teach students how to take advantage of new AI technology and understand it so that it does not harm the younger generation. At the same time, we must change the way we educate them so that they are not lazy to work, lazy to think, lazy to create; leading to a future generation that "lies around" all day depending on technological devices without creating new values.

Therefore, now we must help people learn about AI, even judge AI. We must take advantage of AI to help people learn and work creatively to increase labor productivity, not to ban it. Therefore, we need to have a way to respond to take advantage of it, to use it to serve development.

In the digital age, the young generation plays the role of pioneers in exploring and exploiting the potential of Artificial Intelligence. With careful preparation and a progressive spirit, young people can confidently step into the future and actively contribute to the development of the country.
