National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed and issued Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on personnel work.

In Resolution No. 1112/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved Mr. Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, to hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the Culture andEducation Committee of the 15th National Assembly.

Mr. Trieu The Hung was born in 1971, hometown Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city; is Associate Professor, Doctor of Cultural Studies, Bachelor of Cultural and Art Pedagogy; is a National Assembly delegate of the 14th and 15th terms.

Mr. Trieu The Hung worked for a long time at the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education before being assigned to work locally.

In Resolution No. 1123/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved the election results of Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, and XV National Assembly delegate as Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi.

Previously, on July 29, the Hanoi City National Assembly Delegation held a meeting to complete the position of Head of the XV Delegation.

After voting to approve the election list, the delegates conducted a secret ballot to elect the Head of the City National Assembly Delegation.

As a result, 100% of the delegates present elected Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, as Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City, term 2021-2026.

Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai was born in 1965; hometown: Thanh Liem district, Ha Nam province; professional qualifications: Master of Law, Bachelor of Economics; member of the Party Central Committee, terms XI, XII, XIII; member of the Politburo, term XIII (from May 2024).

Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai has held the positions of Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ha Nam Provincial People's Council, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union; Deputy Head and then Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee; Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission.
