At the festival, students were able to review the glorious tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the heroic history of the nation's struggle; arousing pride and awareness of striving to become union members and useful citizens for society. Along with that, students were able to participate in many activities such as flashmob performances and folk games.

Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Youth Union in coordination with Vinacomin Mining Chemical Corporation Youth Union awarded a scholarship to Nguyen Duc Thien, Duy Nhat Secondary School (Vu Thu).

Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Youth Union and Youth Union of Vinacomin Mining Chemical Corporation awarded scholarships to Do Cao Phong, Thai Tho Primary and Secondary School (Thai Thuy).

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Youth Union Council and the Youth Union of the Mining Chemical Corporation - Vinacomin presented 200 red scarves and 25 gifts to students with difficult circumstances, high academic achievements, and active participation in team activities with a total value of over 15 million VND.

After the program, the Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Youth Union in coordination with the Youth Union of the Mining Chemical Corporation - Vinacomin visited and awarded 3 scholarships to students with especially difficult circumstances in the communes: Duy Nhat (Vu Thu), Thai Tho (Thai Thuy) with a total value of 9 million VND.
