Reporting the contest's summary, Editor-in-Chief of Industry and Trade Newspaper Nguyen Van Minh said: After more than 2 months of launching and implementing from March 15, 2024, the total number of entries received by the Organizing Committee was 561 from a large number of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers working in party organizations, agencies, units, socio-political organizations in the Ministry of Industry and Trade and readers nationwide.

"In particular, the contest also attracted many professors, doctors, and leading economic experts to respond and participate. The Organizing Committee of the contest also received many entries from journalists and individuals outside the industry and trade sector who actively participated" - Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Van Minh said.

According to Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Van Minh, through the Contest, we continue to affirm the seriousness, responsibility and proactiveness of the Party organizations under the Party Committee of the Ministry, the units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade in implementing Resolution 35-NQ/TW of the Politburo on strengthening the protection of the Party's foundation and ideology, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation and the Party's Resolutions.

Through review, classification and screening, 202 works were submitted to the Preliminary Council for evaluation, from which the Organizing Committee selected 50 works to be included in the final round.

As a result, the Steering Committee and Organizing Committee of the Contest approved the list and decided to award prizes to 28 works/articles with scores from high to low with excellent content according to the rules, regulations, and criteria set forth, and 5 certificates of merit for units and groups with many achievements in organizing the contest well; 10 certificates of merit for individuals who organized and participated well in the Contest, and 22 typical works were certified to enter the final round.

Speaking at the Award Ceremony, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien highly appreciated the work of the Organizing Committee of the contest.

Minister Nguyen Hong Dien emphasized: This year's contest has been implemented seriously, methodically, effectively, creating a widespread influence, attracting the participation and response of all levels of Party committees, Party organizations, unions, units, cadres, Party members, and workers both inside and outside the industry with a higher quantity and quality of entries than the previous contest.

At the ceremony, the Party Executive Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade continued to launch the Contest to learn about the traditions of the Industry and Trade sector to honor traditional values, reflecting the position and role of the Industry and Trade sector in nearly 75 years of construction and development.
