
The “Best Places to Work in Asia” award is a prestigious and annual international award organized by HR Asia Magazine, to evaluate and honor businesses with outstanding human resource policies, attractive compensation and leading working environments in the region.
The assessment and selection are carried out according to the total engagement assessment model (TEAM). This is a direct and effective assessment tool for all levels of personnel, focusing on 3 factors: Core values; Self values; Group values.
In addition, HR Asia also conducts in-depth interviews to more accurately assess the human resources policies, welfare programs and corporate culture of the units.
Surpassing the strict criteria of the organizing committee, this year, NCB continues to be honored as the best workplace in Asia with an excellent score of 4.6/5 points. In which, all 3 factors of Core - Self - Group of the bank achieved scores of 4.43 - 4.67 - 4.71 respectively, far exceeding the average score of the businesses participating in the survey.

In particular, with the question "Are you willing to recommend NCB as an ideal workplace to relatives and friends?", 94.4% of employees participating in the vote agreed, while the average index of businesses participating in the survey was 78.4%.
This is a signal showing NCB's positive changes in building an attractive working environment, creating good touch points and impressions in the employee experience journey.
This is the second consecutive year that the HRAA Awards have honored NCB as the “Best Workplace in Asia”. Previously, in 2018, 2020 and 2021, NCB also received the “Best Workplace in Vietnam” award from Global Banking & Finance Review (GBAF).
This year's prestigious international award once again recognized NCB's efforts in comprehensive transformation, standardizing the management model, building competitive human resource policies, focusing on developing high-quality human resources to serve customers with increasingly high standards.
