In his opening speech, Mr. Le Cong Ly, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Propaganda Department of Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee, said that through 2 times of organizing the Provincial Press Award on Party building and 8 times of responding to the National Press Award on Party building (Golden Hammer and Sickle Award) jointly launched by the Central Organizing Committee, the position and stature of an important press award has been affirmed. The award has attracted the attention and positive response of a large number of cadres, party members, and journalists and left many good impressions, creating a widespread influence throughout society on the work of Party building and building the political system.

In this 2023 award, Hau Giang achieved positive results through quality press works, with over 200 works participating, of which 55 high-quality, excellent works were awarded. Notably, there were 3 works in the final round, of which 2 works won the C prize of the National Press Award on Party building.

During more than one session, Mr. Ngo Minh Tuan, Editor-in-Chief of the Party Building Magazine, imparted to reporters, editors, collaborators, and provincial officials a lot of knowledge and skills in choosing topics, analyzing documents, building outlines, and creating golden hammer and sickle journalism works.

The Editor-in-Chief of the Party Building Magazine also reviewed most of the press works submitted by the Organizing Committee and learned from experience, suggesting many topics, images, sounds, and necessary details for students to supplement and perfect their works....
